As Akkomarka Restaurant Group, we position sustainability at the core of our gastronomy approach, operations, and growth vision. Our 2025 Sustainability Report covers a wide range of initiatives, from energy and water management to food waste recovery, responsible sourcing practices, employee well-being, and social impact projects. In addition to our operations in Türkiye, the report also includes partnerships, educational initiatives, and various operational areas involved in sustainability efforts under the Responsible Restaurant Movement.
